All NYC employers must now make workers take a state-approved “gender identity” awareness course, including a video on gender and sexuality.
“We like to define people, right?” says one actor. “So when people are born, society defines them by looking at their reproductive organs and labels them male or female.”
The discussion then evolves to the views of two cisgender people, two trans people and two non-binary people, while one biological male claims “there’s no one way to express masculinity or femininity.”
